We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the product.

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or a genuine quality issue.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
